Processing Technology

Color coated coil is derived from a meticulously processed hot galvanized sheet, hot galvanized aluminum zinc sheet, galvanized sheet, and other premium substrates,undergoing an advanced surface pre-treatment process, which includes chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment. This process is followed by the application of a sophisticated layer or multiple layers of high-quality organic coating. This is then skillfully baked and cured to create a finished product. With a spectrum of vibrant and diverse organic paint colors, the resulting steel coil plate is affectionately known as the color coated coil. Utilizing hot dip galvanized steel
strip as its sturdy base material, the color coating steel strip benefits from both the protective zinc layer and the organic coating, which enhances the rust-resistant properties,resulting in a service life that is approximately 1.5 times longer than that of the traditional galvanized strip.
